Randy King, (Licensee) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Monroe County (trial court), denying his appeal and reinstating the one-year suspension of his operating privilege imposed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation, Bureau of Driver Licensing (DOT) as a result of his refusal to submit to chemical testing pursuant to Section 1547(b)(1) of the Vehicle Code (Code), 75 Pa. C.S. 1547(b)(1). We affirm.
